   Welcome, Ms Hong. Before discussing a place at our residence, I would like to understand your care needs, preferences and whether you have completed an aged-care assessment.

   We can explain the assessment pathway and our accommodation options. Rooms have different fees, so we will give you clear written information about costs and services before you make a decision.

   Our nursing team supports residents with a range of health and cognitive-care needs. We would assess your individual needs and develop a care plan with you, your doctor and, if you wish, your family.

7. Aged Care Coordinator · turn 7

   Yes. We can show you rooms with accessible bathrooms, handrails and automatic lighting. A tour is the best way to see whether the environment feels suitable for you.

9. Aged Care Coordinator · turn 9

   We offer group activities and can arrange access to counselling when appropriate. Moving into care can be difficult, so we encourage residents to keep routines, relationships and interests that give their days meaning.

    You can first speak with the care manager, and we have a formal complaints process and an external advocacy service. We will give you those contacts in writing, because you have the right to ask questions and raise concerns.
