We simply couldn’t bear to return before her condition had been properly treated.

   I understand your circumstances, and I'm sorry to hear about your daughter's condition. However, you chose to deal with the situation in the wrong way. Not only did you overstay your visa, but our investigation also shows that you have been working without permission for almost a year. Are those records accurate?
